Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to consultation services booked directly with us: miner family assessments, benchmark reports, procurement advisory, farm layout reviews, and firmware audits. We do not sell hardware or subscription software on this website.

Deposits

Assessment and on-site engagements require a deposit to schedule. Deposit amount is stated in your written quote, typically 40% of the quoted fee.

Full Refund

You receive a full refund of amounts paid when:

• We cancel the engagement and cannot reschedule a mutually acceptable date
• We fail to deliver the agreed deliverable within the quoted timeframe and cannot complete within 14 additional days after notice

Refunds return to the original payment method unless bank rules require an alternative.

Partial Refund

Partial refunds may apply when:

• You cancel more than 7 business days before a scheduled on-site visit — deposit refunded minus ₩50,000 administrative fee
• Deliverable is partially complete and both parties agree to terminate mid-engagement — refund prorated for undelivered sections

Non-Refundable Items

• Cancellations within 7 business days of a scheduled on-site visit (deposit forfeited to cover reserved travel and bench time)
• No-shows without prior notice
• Work already delivered in final or draft report form
• Third-party travel expenses already incurred at your request
• Procurement advisory after annotated quote summary has been sent

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 business days before the visit. Additional reschedules may incur ₩80,000 bench reservation fee.

Report Disputes

If factual errors in meter readings or cited specs are identified within 14 days of delivery, we correct the report at no charge. Disagreement with interpretive recommendations is not grounds for refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Bank processing may add 5–10 business days.
