What Affects Your Quote
Travel — Gangwon visits include standard travel in the starting rate. Other provinces add rail or mileage at cost with prior approval.
Machine count — Benchmark reports scale per family, not per individual unit, unless you request unit-by-unit charts.
Urgency — Reports delivered within 48 hours after a visit incur a 30% urgency surcharge when bench time is available.
Language — English reports are standard. Korean summary appendices are included on request at no extra fee.
Deposits & Payment
Assessment engagements require a 40% deposit to schedule. Remaining balance is due before the final PDF is released. We accept bank transfer for Korean accounts; international wire is available for overseas-owned facilities.
No Subscriptions
We do not sell monthly monitoring plans or software seats. Ongoing log review can be booked as repeat benchmark days at the per-family rate.
